GREEN CHILI 
2 cans Rotel tomatoes and green chili
3 or 4 buttons garlic
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
3 tbsp. flour
1/2 lbs. Velveeta cheese

In a three quart pot put 2 cans Rotel tomatoes and green chili and 2 cans of water along with 3 or 4 buttons of garlic. Add sugar and cook until the garlic is tender. In a skillet scramble hamburger, cook until it changes color. In a skillet scramble hamburger, cook until it changes color then add flour and salt. Cook until done, add to tomatoes. Bring to a boil. Slice cheese, simmer until cheese is melted. Serve with Saltine crackers.
