HAM LOAF 
2 lbs. ground ham
1 lb. ground pork
10 graham crackers
1 c. milk
1 egg
1 tbsp. + 1/3 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. + 1/2 c. vinegar
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. + 2 tbsp. dry mustard
2 egg yolks, slightly beaten
1/4 c. sugar
1 (5 1/2 oz.) can evaporated milk
1/4 tsp. salt

Combine ham, pork, crackers, milk, egg, 1 tablespoon brown sugar, 2 tablespoons vinegar and pepper. Shape into loaf. Pour 1/4 cup water into pan around loaf. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

Combine 1/3 cup brown sugar, 1/4 cup vinegar and 1 teaspoon dry mustard. Pour over ham loaf and bake 15 minutes more.

Combine egg yolks, 1/4 cup vinegar, sugar, 2 tablespoons dry mustard, can milk and salt. Cook, stirring over low heat for 5 minutes. Pour over ham loaf.
