SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 lg. can sweet potatoes (32 oz.)
1 sm. can peaches or apricots
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. heavy cream
1 c. marshmallows (miniature)

Beat sweet potatoes and fruit until smooth, add sugar and cream. Put into casserole dish and sprinkle with additional brown sugar. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour, then top with marshmallows, bake to lightly brown the top. Serve immediately.
