RICE BALLS 
1/2 c. tomato sauce
2 c. boiled rice
1/2 c. grated Romano cheese
1 c. chopped meat or chicken
1 c. bread crumbs
2 eggs, well beaten
3 c. olive or canola oil
Salt & pepper to taste

Put rice in mixing bowl. Add grated cheese, meat, tomato sauce and mix. Add eggs, salt, pepper and bread crumbs; mix well. Now start making rice balls the size of a small meatball. Take more bread crumbs and roll rice balls in it. Pour oil into large frying pan. When good and hot, put rice balls into the oil and cook until golden brown. Ready to serve.

Makes 6 servings.
