HOLIDAY CRANBERRY MOLD BY BOBBIE 
2 sm. or 1 lg. pkg. strawberry gelatin
3 1/2 c. cranberry juice cocktail
1/2 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
1/2 pt. cream, whipped, or frozen topping

Stir gelatin into 1 cup of boiling juice until dissolved. Add remaining juice. Chill until mixture will mound. Beat in real mayonnaise. Fold in whipped cream. Pour into a 5-cup mold. Chill until set.
