EASY POT PIE | |
1 box refrigerated pie crusts 1 can mixed vegetables, drained 1 bouillon cube or env. beef, chicken or turkey Unfold 1 crust and put in a round baking dish. Set aside. Boil enough water to make broth with cube and meat. Pour into pie crust. Mix in vegetables. Put other crust on top and seal. Poke holes in top. Bake 30-40 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 4-6. |
