PIMENTO CHEESE BALL 
8 oz sharp cheddar grated (cracker barrel)
8 oz cream cheese
2 tbsp butter
2 tsp chopped pimento
2 tsp chopped green pepper
2 tsp chopped onion
1 tsp Worstershire
1/2 tsp lemon juice
1 cup finely chopped pecans

Combine, blend well, cream cheese, cheddar and butter.

Add remaining ingredients. Form a ball and chill. After chilling 1 hour roll in pecans.
