HONEY CHICKEN WINGS 
3 lbs. chicken wings
Salt and pepper
1 c. honey
1/2 c. soy sauce
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 tbsp. catsup
1/2 garlic clove, chopped

Cut off and discard chicken wing tips. Cut each wing into two parts and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Combine remaining ingredients and mix well.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place wings in shallow casserole, pour sauce over and bake until chicken is well done and sauce is caramelized, about 1 hour.
