SOURDOUGH ROLLS 
1 c. sourdough
1 pkg. dry yeast
2 c. self-rising flour
1/2 c. warm water
1 egg

Combine sourdough, warm water and yeast in a bowl. Beat egg and add to liquid. Add flour and blend; knead until smooth. Add more flour if needed. Roll out on floured board. Cut with biscuit cutter and place in buttered pan. Cover and rise one hour. Bake at 375 degrees 20 minutes or until brown.
