WHOLE WHEAT BANANA BREAD 
1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. oil
1 egg
1 c. mashed ripe bananas
1 tsp. vanilla

Grease pan 8x4x2 inch.

Combine all-purpose flour, whole wheat flour and baking soda. Combine sugar and oil in small bowl. Beat medium 2 minutes until well blended. Add egg, beat until light color.

At low speed add flour mixture alternately with banana. Blend well. Stir in vanilla. Put in pan 8x4x2 inch. Bake at 350 degrees 45 minutes. Cool in pan 15 minutes. Remove pan.
