WHIPPED POTATOES WITH CARROTS 
4 med. potatoes, cut in quarters
4 med. size carrots
2 tbsp. butter
1/3 c. hot milk
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. white pepper

Wash potatoes, pare and cook covered in boiling salted water to cover. Add carrots with potatoes. Cook about 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender when soft with fork. To dry potatoes, shake pan over low heat. Whip potatoes and carrots until light and fluffy. Add milk, butter, salt and pepper.
