PUMPKIN NUT BREAD 
3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3 1/3 c. flour
1 c. salad oil
1 c. water
2 c. pumpkin (plain pumpkin, not pumpkin pie mix)
4 eggs, beaten
1 c. nuts, chopped

Combine sugar, baking powder, soda, spices, salt and flour. Add salad oil, water, pumpkin and eggs. Stir until mixed. Mix in nuts. Put in greased loaf pans. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Let cool 10 minutes before removing from pan. This can be frozen.
