PUTTIN' ON THE RITZ 
1 can Eagle Brand milk
8 oz. chopped dates
1 c. chopped pecans
2 tubes Ritz crackers

Mix milk and dates in pan and heat until thickened. Add nuts and mix. Place teaspoon of mix on each Ritz cracker. Bake at 300 degrees for 5 minutes. Cool. Frost with 6 ounces soft cream cheese, 1 teaspoon vanilla and 2 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar. Refrigerate after frosting.
