QUICK AND EASY SALAD 
1 (15 1/4 oz.) can pineapple chunks
1 (16 oz.) can chunky mixed fruit
1 (3.4 oz.) pkg. vanilla instant pudding & pie filling
3 tbsp. Tang
2 lg. or 3 med. bananas
1/4 c. orange juice

Slice bananas and pour orange juice over them. Let set.

Drain pineapple, save the juice. Drain the mixed fruit. (Don't need the mixed fruit juice.)

Combine pineapple juice, pudding mix and Tang. Stir well.

Quickly mix pineapple, mixed fruit, bananas and orange juice. Add pudding mixture to this. Toss gently and pour into a 2 quart dish. Put in refrigerator and let chill 4 to 6 hours.
