VIDALIA ONION CASSEROLE 
Grated cheese
4 med. onions, sliced
12 saltines, crushed
1 stick butter
1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup, undiluted
2 eggs
1/2 to 1 c. milk
Salt and pepper

Melt butter in skillet and saute onions. Butter casserole dish and line with cracker crumbs. Mix soup with onions and place on crumbs in bowl. Beat eggs and milk and pour over onion mixture. Top with grated cheese and crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees until brown and bubbly.
