RICE DRESSING 
1 lb. hot bulk sausage
1 lb. mild bulk sausage
3 stalks celery
1 lg. pepper, chopped
2 env. instant noodle soup mix
2 c. uncooked regular rice (not instant)
6 c. water

Brown sausage in Dutch oven, stirring to crumble; drain. Stir in remaining ingredients, mixing well. Place mixture in 4 1/2 quart casserole. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Uncover and bake 15 to 20 minutes or until moisture is absorbed.
