SPINACH SALAD 
1 bunch spinach, wash & dry
Bean sprouts, soak in cold water & drain well
1 can sliced, drained water chestnuts
1 can chow mein noodles
4 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
1/2 lb. bacon, fried, drained, crumbled
1/2 c. diced, cooked chicken (opt.)

DRESSING:

Put on just before serving. 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 5 green onions, chopped fine 1 c. oil

Combine.
