YUM YUM SALAD 
1 (202 size) can crushed pineapple
3/4 c. sugar
Juice of 1 lemon
1 env. unflavored gelatin, that has been soaked in 1/2 c. water for 10 minutes
1 c. whipped cream
1/2 c. grated American cheese
1/2 c. chopped walnuts

Heat pineapple with sugar and lemon juice. Heat until sugar is dissolved then add 1 envelope of gelatin (soaked). Stir until well dissolved, then set aside to cool until mixture starts to gel. Then add whipped cream, cheese and nuts. Let stand overnight or until well set.
