YUM-YUM SALAD 
2 c. crushed pineapple
1 c. grated Longhorn cheese
1/2 c. cold water
1/2 c. sugar
Juice of lemon
2 env. unflavored gelatin
1 c. whipping cream
1/2 c. walnuts or pecans

Dissolve the gelatin in 1/2 cup cold water. Heat pineapple with its juice, lemon juice and sugar. Dissolve. Mix with pineapple mixture; let cool. When it begins to set, add cheese, nuts, and cream. Chill in mold until set. This is great with baked ham!
