RAISIN CARROT SALAD 
1/2 c. raisins, soaked 15 min. in 1 c. boiling water

Drain and add: 1/2 c. flaked coconut 1/2 c. crushed pineapple, drained 1 c. mayonnaise

Toss and chill 1 hour before serving. Yield: 12 servings.
