POTATO SALAD | |
3 lb. new Russet potatoes 1 to 1 1/2 lb. bacon 1/2 bunch of green onions 1/2 jar of "Marie's" Ranch Dressing Serves 15. Clean and boil potatoes, cut into quarters or slice. (Do not peel.) Fry bacon and crumble. Chop green onions. Combine potatoes, bacon and green onion in serving dish. Cover with dressing. Chill before serving. |
