BREAD SALAD 
1 loaf bread, diced
5 hard-boiled eggs, diced
1 onion, chopped or 1 bunch green onions, chopped
1 c. celery, diced
1 can crabmeat
2 cans sm. shrimp
3 c. mayonnaise
2 c. cheddar cheese, grated

Mix bread, eggs and onions. Cover tightly and let stand overnight in refrigerator. Next morning, add celery, shrimp, crabmeat, cheese and mayonnaise. Toss lightly and let stand at least 4 hours in refrigerator for flavors to blend. Do NOT add salt. Recipe says it serves 6 to 8, but actually it will serve more! It's easy and delicious!
