EASY LASAGNE 
1/2 lb. ground beef
1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
1/2 c. water
1 1/2 c. ricotta or cottage cheese
1 egg
1/2 tsp. pepper
8 lasagne noodles, uncooked
1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese, sliced thin
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Set microwave on high. In large glass bowl, crumble ground beef. Heat 2 to 3 minutes or until beef is browned, stirring once; drain. Stir in spaghetti sauce and water.

Meanwhile, combine ricotta cheese, egg and pepper. In an oblong baking dish, spoon 1/2 cup sauce. Alternate layer of noodles, egg mixture, Mozzarella cheese and sauce forming 2 layers. Heat, covered 8 minutes at High. Set power on medium-low. Heat covered 30 to 35 minutes or until noodles are tender. Top with Parmesan cheese. Let stand, covered 15 minutes before serving.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
