HOT BROCCOLI DIP 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. chopped broccoli
1/4 c. butter
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. onion, chopped
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1/2 c. broccoli liquid
1 roll Kraft jalapeno cheese, grated
1/2 tsp. pepper
3/4 tsp. celery salt
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Cook broccoli, drain and save liquid. Saute onion in butter, add flour, milk and broccoli liquid. Cook to thicken. Add cheese, seasonings and broccoli. Serve hot with Fritos. Yield: 12 servings.
