LEE'S CHILI BAKE 
1 pan cornbread, crumbled
1 pkg. chili mix
3/4 lb. ground beef
1/2 med. onion, chopped
1 sm. can whole kernel corn
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 can tomatoes
Ripe olives, optional

Saute meat and onions in 2 or 3 tablespoons oil until gray. Add tomatoes, pepper and chili mix. Mix and simmer 5 minutes. In casserole crumble layer of bread. Spoon layer of meat mixture over cornbread. Layer corn and olives. Repeat layers. Sprinkle grated cheese and olives over top. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees until firm but not hard.
