BAKED ONION CASSEROLE 
4-6 lg. onions, sliced
1 lg. pkg. barbecue potato chips, crushed
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 lb. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 c. milk
Salt and pepper, to taste

Place a layer of sliced onion in bottom of casserole dish, put a layer of crushed chips, a layer of soup, a layer of grated cheese. Start over and layer until you end with the cheese. Pour milk over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30- 40 minutes.
