SPINACH SALAD 
6-9 c. spinach (stems off)
1/2 lb. bacon (cooked & crumbled)
3 sm. pears (chopped & peeled)
1/2 c. pecans (broken & toast until brown in 350 degree oven)

Toss above all together. Add when serving.

HONEY - MUSTARD DRESSING:

3 tbsp. vinegar
9 tbsp. safflower oil
1/8 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
3 tbsp. honey

Put in jar. Shake and chill.
