SPANISH RICE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 c. uncooked regular rice
2 c. hot water
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. yellow mustard

Brown ground beef, drain off most of fat, add onion and green pepper. Cook until almost tender, add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Stir quite often to keep from sticking. Turn down heat and simmer until done, about 40 minutes. Add more water toward end of cooking time, if needed. Serves 4.
