QUICK LASAGNA 
1 pkg. lg. lasagna noodles
1 very lg. jar thick spaghetti sauce
2 lbs. lean ground beef
1 lb. Ricotta low fat
1 lb. low fat cottage cheese
1/2 lb. shredded Mozzarella

Put layer of spaghetti sauce in bottom of lasagna pan. Next layer uncooked lasagna noodles, layer of cottage cheese, layer of noodles, layer of spaghetti sauce, layer of Ricotta, layer of noodles, layer of spaghetti sauce. Sprinkle with Mozzarella. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
