SAUCY STUFFED PEPPERS 
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. ground chicken
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 (12 oz.) can whole kernel vacuum packed corn, drained
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 c. cooked rice
1/4 c. Heinz 57 Steak Sauce
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
6 lg. green peppers

Cut tops off peppers; remove seeds. In Dutch oven or large saucepan, parboil peppers for 5-7 minutes. Drain well.

Mix chicken and beef together. In skillet, over medium heat, brown meats and cook onion until done; pour off drippings. Stir in corn, tomato sauce, rice, steak sauce and pepper; mix well.

Spoon meat mixture into peppers and arrange in 9 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
