RUM BALLS 
1 1/2 c. vanilla wafer crumbs (about 50 cookies)
1/4 c. Bacardi dark rum
1/4 c. honey (I use clover honey)
8 oz. (2 c.) ground walnuts
Confectioners' sugar

Combine all ingredients except sugar, blend thoroughly. Shape into small balls, rolling them in palm of hand. Roll in sugar and store in tightly sealed container.
