CABBAGE ROLLS 
3 lg. heads cabbage
4 lb. ground beef
6 c. cooked rice
1 1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
Salt and pepper to taste
1 (32 oz.) bottle ketchup

In large kettle cover cabbage with water, bring to a boil, cover and simmer until cabbage is tender and leaves are easy to separate, 5-7 minutes. In large bowl combine beef, rice, onions, celery, green pepper, salt, and pepper. Form beef mixture into oval balls 4-5 minutes in lengths. Place balls in cabbage leaves, roll up and set rolls, seam down, in 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Pour ketchup over and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until heated through.
