GINNY STILES' POTATO CASSEROLE
DISH
 
2 lbs. frozen hash browns
2 cans mushroom soup
1 pt. sour cream
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 stick butter
1 1/2 c. grated cheese
3 c. crushed corn flakes

Melt butter in a 9"x13" casserole dish. Add corn flakes and stir. Then remove the corn flakes and mix next 5 ingredients. Add cheese and top with buttered corn flakes. Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes at 325 degrees.
