CRISPY HONEY CHICKEN 
50 lb. chicken parts cut up
2 1/2 qt. flour or bread crumbs
3 tbsp. salt
2 tbsp. paprika
2 1/2 lb. butter
1 qt. honey
1 1/4 c. soy sauce

NOTE: Baste chicken occasionally.

Wash and dry chicken. Trim off fat. Combine flour or crumbs with salt, pepper, paprika. Roll chicken in flour mixture, until coated. Place in greased pan in layers. Bake on 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Combine butter, honey and soy sauce. Pour over chicken and bake for 30 minutes or until tender. Serves 100.
