GOLDEN FRY BATTER 
1/2 c. Mazola oil
1 c. sifted flour
1 1/2 c. milk
1 egg

Blend oil and flour. Add milk and egg. Beat with rotary beater until smooth. Batter will be thin. Dry food thoroughly then coat generously with unseasoned flour. Dip into batter letting drop off. Fry in Mazola oil (375 degrees) 3 to 4 inches deep until golden brown. Drain and season.
