GOLDEN OATS FRIED CHICKEN 
3/4 c. Quick Quaker oatmeal
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. almonds
2 tbsp. chopped or dried parsley
1 tsp. salt (or less)
1/4 tsp. thyme
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 c. melted butter

Mix all dry ingredients together. Dip chicken parts in butter, then in dry ingredients. Place in large pyrex casserole. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour.
