FRIED WONTONS 
2 lg. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 can shrimp, chopped
2 green onions, chopped
2 pkg. won ton skins
Oil

Mix cream cheese, shrimp and onions until well blended. Lay out wonton skins on flat surface - wet edges with water. Place 1/2 teaspoon mixture in center; fold edges (getting all air out) to make a triangle. Wet edges again and fold sides up to the point. Brown in hot oil. Serve with sweet & sour sauce.
