SUKIAKI CHICKEN | |
8 oz. soy sauce 8 oz. water 1/4 tsp. ginger 1 oz. vodka, gin or wine 1/2 tsp. sugar 1 1/2 - 2 lbs. chicken (cut up) Mix above ingredients to make marinade sauce. Marinate chicken overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour (20 minutes, skin side down, remaining time skin side up). Serve with rice and Chinese vegetables. |
