RED POTATO CASSEROLE | |
12 red potatoes, boiled until done 3 tbsp. butter 3 tbsp. flour 1 (6 oz.) Durkee real French fried onions 1 pkg. Good Seasons Italian salad dressing 1 tbsp. minced parsley 1 c. grated cheese Salt & pepper to taste 1 c. milk Make a thick white sauce of butter, flour and milk. Season with salt, pepper and Italian season. Dice or slice the potatoes into the cream sauce. Add the parsley and cook 7 minutes longer. Turn into well greased dish. Sprinkle with grated cheese and French fried onions. Bake in moderate hot oven (375 degrees). |
