1 egg whites, beaten until frothy
1 tbsp. water
2 c. English walnuts
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. sugar
3/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. cloves

Mix egg whites and water. Pour over nuts and cover good. Mix sugar, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves together. Sprinkle over the nuts and stir. Spray pan or grease. Bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes. Stir after 15 minutes of baking.
