CRISPY COBBLER | |
1/2 c. butter 1 c. flour 1 c. sugar 2 tsp. baking powder 1/8 tsp. salt 3/4 c. milk 4 c. fresh fruit or 1 can pie filling Melt butter in 9 x 13 inch pan (smaller pan can be used, will make it thicker) in 375 degree oven. Pour in fruit over butter. Combine other ingredients and bake for 30-40 minutes. Can be served plain, with cream or top with whipped cream or ice cream. |
