HARVEST VEGETABLE PLATTER 
8 med. potatoes, peeled
4 lg. carrots, cut in strips
1 bunch broccoli, cut in serving pieces
1/2 c. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
2 green onions, chopped
1 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley

Steam potatoes for 15 to 20 minutes. Add carrots and continue steaming for 10 minutes. Remove potatoes and carrots to a heated platter and keep warm. Steam broccoli for 10 minutes. Just before serving, add chopped green onion to butter sauce and pour over vegetables.
