1 yellow or white cake mix

Bake as directed in 3 layers. 1 med. can crushed pineapple

Boil until sugar dissolves. Pour over layers; cool.

ICING:

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 stick butter, softened
1 lb. box confectioners' sugar
1 c. nuts

Blend cream cheese and butter together, add sugar, spread on cooled cake, top with nuts.
