ESCALLOPED CORN 
1 can cream style corn
2/3 c. saltine cracker crumbs
1 egg, slightly beaten with fork
1 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. sugar
4 tbsp. melted butter
Paprika, sprinkled on top

Mix all together and set uncovered casserole in pan with 1 inch boiling water. Bake 3/4 of an hour in slow oven, 325 degrees.
