FETTUCCINE ALFREDO 
3/4 c. butter, melted
1 1/2 c. fettuccine
3 c. heavy cream
1/4 c. sherry
2 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. fresh parsley, minced
1 1/2 tbsp. flour
1/8 tsp. white pepper

1. Place melted butter into a large mixing bowl.

2. Using a wire whisk. Add cream to the butter.

3. Stir in remaining ingredients except noodles.

4. Heat mixture in microwave for 5 minutes.

5. Pour over cooked, drained pasta, mix well.

6. Mix in parsley and serve.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
