CROCKPOT ROAST
1 chuck roast 2 c. water 1 pkg. onion soup mix 1 pkg. beef gravy mix Cook in crockpot on slow all day. (If you like, you can add potatoes and carrots or noodles).

This is one of my all-time favorite recipes. Instead of gravy mix, I like to add a can of cream of mushroom soup and a can of beef broth.
