SALAMI STACKS 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. prepared horseradish
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. dairy sour cream
56 thinly sliced salami approximately 1 lb.

Combine cream cheese, horseradish, salt, pepper and sour cream. Blend thoroughly. Reserve 8 (or less) salami slices for each s tack. Spread the mixture on the slices allowing 1 tablespoon for each slice. Repeat this procedure until salami slices are used up. Wrap in plastic and then freeze. While frozen, cut stacks into eighths. Arrange on platter. Chill until serving time. Makes about 64.
