SALAMI WEDGES 
18 slices Genoa salami
4 oz. cream cheese
1 tbsp. horseradish
Dash Tabasco sauce

Mix cheese, horseradish and Tabasco - then spread on 12 slices of salami. Make stacks of 3, with plain slice on top (6 stacks). Cover and refrigerate 1 hour. Cut each stack with scissors in 4 wedges. Insert toothpick. Makes 24. Also good spread on boiled ham or pastrami, rolled, then sliced.
