SHEPHERD'S PIE 
1 frozen pie crust
1 lb. hamburger
5 oz. any frozen or canned veggie
2 c. instant mashed potatoes, or leftover mashed potatoes
1 can tomato soup or beef gravy

Brown beef and drain. Put beef in pie shell. Cover with veggies. Pour soup or gravy over top of veggies and meat. Cover top with mashed potatoes. Dot with butter. Place pie on cookie sheet. Make a 2 inch wide foil band and place around edge of pie crust. This will prevent crust edge from burning. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Allow to cool for 10-15 minutes. Cut and serve.

Other meats such as chicken and pork can be substituted for hamburger. You can make this ahead and freeze for a busy day. Thaw it out before baking.
