CHICKEN POT PIE 
2 pie crusts
3 boneless chicken breast
1/2 bell pepper
1/2 onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can mixed vegetables
1/2 small pkg. Velveeta cheese

Cut up chicken, bell pepper and onion. Boil together until done; drain. Add soup, mixed vegetables and cheese. Cook until cheese melts. Pour into bottom crust and cover with other crust.

Bake at 350°F until crust is brown.
